Fibrolamellar carcinoma is a rare primary hepatic malignancy that has recently been recognized as a distinct clinical entity, highly different from the well-known hepatocellular carcinoma. This report describes the clinical and paraclinical aspects of the fibrolamellar carcinoma, emphasizing its particularities.
