In the work the authors developed the scale-a questionnaire to identify and assess the severityof urination disorders symptoms in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with urogenital formof diabetic autonomic neuropathy. The use of the proposed questionnaire allows not only to increasethe detection rate, but also to assume the form of urination problems.
