The review of scientific literature on a condition of treatment a problem of an autoimmune thyroiditis is submitted. Modern views on the emergence mechanism of appearance, diagnostic markers and ways of therapy of this disease are considered. The analysis of the available methods of treatment and experimental researches are carried out. Rather perspective, for studying in this direction, preparations of a fetal placental complex are represented.
