The work deals with the results of the analysis of using questionnaires for early diagnosis of disorders symptoms of motor-evacuation function of stomach in 275 patients with diabetes mellitus type complicated by diabetic distal symmetric polyneuropathy. It has been investigated the influence of various factors on the development and progression of diabetic gastroparesis and proposed the diagnostic algorithm: questionnaires (PAGI-SYM) and 13C-octanic breath test performing.
