In the review is present the literature data devoted to the peculiarities the flow of type 1 diabetes in adults (analyzed a number of studies), provides examples of our own observations. In view of inconsistency of existing points of view about the development and progression of chronic complications of the disease in the adult patient population is justified need for further study of this problem.
