It was shown that in young and old male rats against the background of experimentally inducedhypertension were signicantly increased levels of triglycerides, total cholesterol, low density andvery low density lipoproteids, which conrms the presence and progression of this disease in animals.Injection of cryopreserved nucleated cells of cord blood to hypertensive animals is accompanied bynormalization of the lipid prole, decrease of atherogenic index. The experimental data indicate thepossibility of correction of lipid prole of animals with hypertension on account of the inuence ofanti-atherogenic properties of cryopreserved preparation of cord blood.
