This study aims to evaluate the online learning system for natural science subjects at the junior high school level (Sekolah Menengah Pertama) in Yogyakarta. using the CIPP (Contex, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research subjects included 2 school principals, 5 biology teachers and 267 grade VII, VIII, and IX students at SMP N 9 Yogyakarta and MTs Nurul Ummah Kotagede Yogyakarta. Data is collected through interviews and questionnaires to prove validity using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), the reliability of the instrument was analyzed using Alpha Cronbach in the good category, and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study on the context aspect in the form of school online program objectives to meet the needs of flexibility, ideal operational technology tools, and professionalism of science teachers in practicum activities in a fairly good category; the input aspect of the online application system, support for internet access infrastructure, scheduling and procedures and the capabilities of science teachers are in the good category; the process aspect in the form of online learning online is in the good category; and product aspects of quality achievement on learning outcomes and supporting the implementation of the online learning system fall into the good category.
