Education is the right for every citizen of Indonesia so that everyone has equal rights to education. Entrepreneurial spirit must be applied to each individual where this requires that each individual has good soft skills and hard skills in order to create quality human resources. This can be achieved by empowering women. The purpose of this research is to provide a study on women's empowerment and entrepreneurship in real terms according to the results of field research. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The result of this research is that entrepreneurship is one of the efforts in community empowerment, especially for learning citizens. Entrepreneurship can create the development of the community's potential to develop optimally. Community empowerment and development provide guidance and support so that people are able to carry out their roles and duties in life.
