
Digital transformation of Russian education: experience and prospects of legal regulation

This work is devoted to the process of digital transformation of Russian education. In this study, considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the promising legislative e experience of the Russian legislator, and the regulatory and legal framework of the process of digitalization of education is investigated. The article discusses the implementation of the concept of an educational digital model, which is part of a single digital educational platform. The issues of legal regulation of the process of digitalization of various levels of the Russian education system are investigated. Successful experience in this area is analyzed on the basis of the implementation of the "Passport of the priority project "Modern Digital Educational Environment in the Russian Federation", the Action Plans of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, which provide for the implementation of the state program "Development of Education" by implementing the project "Modern Digital Educational Environment in the Russian Federation” and other priority educational programs of Russian education.
