The current article highlights one of the problems of the well-known analytic hierarchy process, which is the necessity to estimate values of ultimate evaluations (absolute priorities) in the process of alteration of preliminary evaluations (relative priorities). As this method is widely used in many areas, where problems of choice with criteria appear and cannot be described in figures, the problem is relevant. The method is described briefly. The approach is put down, which allows taking the alteration of evaluations into account. The approach is based on logical sorting out of varieties of allowed alterations with adding calculations in the table. Permutation of the elements, as well as decomposition of number into sum of numbers, are used during enumeration. It is easy to implement both procedures using Python. The table can be imported into a database for further research by creating the SQL queries. Research results can help in the event of a dispute and to forecast future evaluations.
