Combined injectable contracetive is one of the effective, practical, and affordable ways to prevent pregnancy.An injection with Medroksiprogesteron Acetate 25mg and Estradiol Cypionate 5mg can be given once a month. It takes a regular injection according to the schedule to reach the effective result. Knowledge of injectable contraceptives may affect its effectiveness. This study aimed to determine the correalation between sociodemographic factorsand the acceptor's knowledge of contraception among four primary health centers (Puskesmas) in Malang. It employed observational analytic study with cross sectional approach and convenience sampling technique, with 40 samples obtained. This study was declared ethical with letter number230/EC/KEPK-S1-FARM/08/2019.The data obtained were then analyzed by using Spearman's test statistics and Cramer v contingency coefficient with 95% significancy. The resultshowed that the acceptors’ level of knowledge was average (50%), poor (30%), and good (20%). The sociodemographic factors that had significant correlation with level of knowledge including age (p=0.019), education (p=0.002), andincome level (p=0.020), while job had no correlation (p=0.161). It can be concluded that the sociodemographic factors correlated with acceptors’ level of knowledge in primary health centers of Malangwere age, education, and income level
