Ciência aberta e novas (velhas) formas de fazer e comunicar ciência: ética, integridade e investigação responsável

The concept of Open Science (OA) hosts a wide range of events related to the new model of academic communication and to concepts such as ethics, integrity in research and responsible research and innovation. Our work consists of an eminently theoretical contribution since we develop a conceptual mapping that allows, in future works, the elaboration of grounded empirical research, essential to the scientific practice of Portuguese researchers in higher education institutions. This framework is particularly relevant for academic libraries that face new realities regarding the management of science information and the way as they position themselves in the context of research.
