Thepurposeofthestudyistodevelopa parametric monitoring systemfordefense industry enterprises, optimizing on the principle of minimumsufficiencya set of key indicators of the activities of organizations andincreasingtheefficiencyofmanagementofresearchinstitutes,designbureaus,industrialandserviceenterprisesofthemilitary-industrialcomplex.Materialsandmethods.Themethodologicalandtheoreticalbasisofthepresentedscientificworkisa system of mathematical methods foranalyzingempiricaldataontheobjectofstudy,providingobjective,accurateandsystematicinformationontheresearchedprocesses.The reliability of scientific provisions, conclusions and practicalrecommendationsisconfirmedbytheexperienceofapplyingtheresultsofthestudyintheanalysisoftheactivitiesofenterprisesofConcernAlmaz-AnteyJSC,aswellas comparing themwiththe resultsof researchbydomesticandforeignscientistsinthefieldoforganizinga management system for high-tech companies. Author relied on actual statisticalinformationabouttheactivitiesoforganizationsofthemilitary-industrialcomplex,theresultsofresearchinthefieldofmathematicalanalysis,organizationandplanningofmachine-buildingproduction,researchofoper a tio n s ,r ankst a tistics ,prob a bilit yt h eor y,t h eor yofada pti v emanagement,economicsandenterprisemanagement.Results.A method has been developed for processing data on the activitiesofenterprisesandreducingthemtotheoptimalsetofobservedindicatorswithoutlosingawarenessofthemonitoringobject;possibilitiesofusingnon-parametricmethodsofstatisticsforanalysisofcomplexsystems,inparticular,holdingsofdefenseindustry,havebeenresearched.Conclusion.Eachenterprisehasitsownspecificitydependingonthespecifics of the production processes. There is now a significant number of different indicators that comprehensively, and often too extensively,characterizewhatishappening.Thissituationoftenmakesitdifficulttomanageproductionfacilities,sincetheactualpictureofthestateofthefacilitiesisobscuredbyanexcessofsecondaryinformation.Inthisregard,itseemsreasonabletotrytoweedoutunnecessaryindicatorsanduseonlythosethatcarrythenecessaryamountofinformationsufficientto reflect the specifics of the enterprise. The presented work theoreticallyandpracticallyprovedtheadvantagesofusingnon-parametricstatisticsinenterprisemonitoring,whichallowsreducingtemporarylossesinthedevelopmentofmanagementsolutionsandincreasingtheirefficiencyattheleveloftheparentcompaniesofdefense-industrialassociations.
