Processes of information and communication technologies, which lately have been developing very fast resulted in creation of analytical systems of management and production based on technologies of artificial intellect and neuronet. The authors analyzed the latest trends in the field, provided examples of working-out technologies and products based on these achievements, which caused considerable improvement of people quality of life. Apart from that the article shows changes in economy connected with pandemic after-effects and key trends of developing digital economy in post-pandemic situation. The article studies interpretations of the term ‘digital economy’ that are used in academic literature and puts forward the definition, which explains the term in the most comprehensive way. Serious attention is paid to the latest trends in the development of machine learning, artificial intellect and neuronet. The applications of neuronet in different field of human activity have been investigated, including academic knowledge and economic analysis.
