The research featured the factors that affect the attractiveness of jobs for young people in the sphere of digital economy. The study was based on a thorough analysis of scientific literature and statistical data, as well as questionnaires. The telecommunications industry proved favorable for young people. However, the sphere currently offers fewer jobs due to the lack of trained professionals in the labor market. Telecommunications is one of the few industries that are ready to fully automate their main technological processes. As a result, personnel working within the traditional business model will become redundant. Hence, the task of attracting young professionals to new high-tech jobs is important for these organizations. To make jobs in the sphere of e-economics more attractive, one has to take into account the values and expectations of the millennial generation. The results of the study can help management to develop recruitment policy.
