This study aims to summarize the experience of developing a system of “honesty culture” in the Sukma Bangsa School, Aceh, Indonesia. Data collection in qualitative. Research was conducted.The results of this qualitative research show that honesty culture can be implemented with a strong school system. The process of implementing honesty culture takes place through 4 stages, they are the stages of protection, introduction, habituation inside and outside the classroom, and celebrations.Abstrak Penelitian ini dirancang untuk merangkum pengalaman mengembangkan sistem budaya jujur di Sekolah Sukma Bangsa. Aceh, Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya jujur dapat diterapkan dengan sistem sekolah yang kuat. Proses penerapan budaya jujur berlangsung melalui 4 (empat) tahapan, yaitu tahap persetujuan, pengenalan, pembiasaan di dalam dan di luar kelas, tahap evaluasi dan selebrasi. Dalam mendukung budaya jujur, sekolah membangun hubungan keakraban dengan semua sivitas akademika dan membuat aturan main yang jelas.
