Fibrous dysplasia is a rare bone pathology and it can often go unnoticed due to its few symptoms.Despite being a benign process, it can behave in aggressively by its local growth, and sometimes degenerate to osteosarcoma. We report a case of fibrous dysplasia which is atypical due to its exclusive location in the middle turbinate. The diagnostic and therapeutic problems that this entails are raised.
