Gestational trophoblastic disease (MTG) groups together conditions that are very variable from a clinical, biological and metastatic potential point of view.We report a case of ruptured molar pregnancy, diagnosed by a picture of hemorrhagic shock, and confirmed by histological examination of the surgical specimen. Monitoring was by assaying plasma BhCG levels.
