Cardiacmyxoma are the most common benign primary cardiactumors that can lead to many complications as described in literature. It is a benigntumor but her complications are dramaticbecause of herlocalization and hisrisk of embolization in otherorganswhich put the vital prognosisatrisk. We report 5 cases withdifferentclinicalsymptoms. We illustrate through these cases the embolic and obstructive complications of cardiacmyxoma and weinsist on the interest of an urgent surgicaltreatment.
