Subject of study. The article presents various aspects of conducting and providing organizationalmethodological support for remote summer internship in the conditions of the restrictions imposed to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in 2020. Methodology. The study is based on the experience of remote educational and industrial internship via Microsoft Teams program. Results. Advantages and disadvantages of remote internship have been identified and recommendations have been given for increasing their effectiveness. Conclusions. It is obvious that on-site internship and students’ direct contacts with teachers and production specialists are more effective in terms of training. However, in extraordinary and difficult epidemiological circumstances, remote internship with the use of IT-support seems to be acceptable.
