A previously reported experiment which evaluated residual availability of fertilizer Zn for 5 years after application was sampled for two additional years. These additional data confirm that fixation of Zn against extraction with DTPA solution reaches an equilibrium and that a new extractable‐Zn level is established for each rate of Zn added.
