For monitoring the quality of water running off agricultural land it is necessary to obtain representative and conveniently small samples of water. A divisor has been designed for attachment to a Coshocton wheel to enable small samples to be collected. The materials cost for the divisor described in this note is $2. A skilled technician, equipped with adequate tools, can construct and install the divisor in 4 hours.
