Improved Spanish peanut (Arachis hypogaea L. subsp. fastigiata\udvar. vulgaris) germplasm lines ICGV 92196 (Reg. no. GP-92, PI\ud599344), ICGV 92206 (Reg. no. GP-93, PI 599345), ICGV 92234\ud(Reg. no. GP-94, PI 599346), and ICGV 92243 (Reg. no. GP-95,\udPI 599347) were bred at the International Crops Research Institute\udfor the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) Asia Center (IAC), Patancheru,\udA.P., India. These four lines were released as earlymaturing,\udhigh-yielding germplasm by the Plant Materials Identification\udCommittee of ICRISAT in 1996
