Genetic linkage between the soybean loci Dt 1 , dt 1 (indeterminate, determinate stem growth) and L 1 , l 1 (black, brown pod color) was verified in Linkage Group V and the combined recombination value was 39.4± 1.8%. Linkage Group VI was established as a new linkage group by discovery of linkage between the loci Y 11 , y 1l (normal, deficient chlorophyll) and Df 2 , df 2 (normal, dwarfness) with a combined recombination value of 12.1± 0.7%.
