A set of homozygous translocation stocks in sorghum was developed. The 11 stocks represent at least two translocations involving each of the 10 chromosomes. The stocks were isolated in progenies from irradiated pollen and seed of cultivar ‘Combine 7078,’ and the chromosomes were designated by a sequence of intercrossing and cytological analyses. Chromosomal and fertility characteristics vary in plants heterozygous for these translocations.
