Germination and seedling development of Ladino and 'Salina' strawberry clovers at 10, 15, and 20 C were studied. Little growth occurred in either species at 10 C. Ladino clover had a lower percentage of normal seedlings when germinated at 15 C as compared to 20 C. The cumulative average leaf index number differed little between species at 15 and 20 C. Petiole elongation was retarded more than blade development at 15 C in both species.
