Core Ideas ACCase‐inhibitor herbicides caused significant injury to wirestem muhly in fine fescue. ACCase‐inhibitor herbicides resulted in reduced wirestem muhly cover. Mesotrione injured wirestem muhly, but plants recovered by the end of the test. No advantage was found in using mesotrione over sethoxydim or fluazifop.
