Synopsis New sources of smut resistance are reported as follows: Ridit type—in a durum wheat from Tunis; M 2 — in 3 spring wheat introductions from Australia, and 1 from Argentina; Martin type—in 3 hybrid selections. Four additional, and possibly new, reaction types are listed.
