The work presents the complex influences of the activity program on the crew of the maritime transport ships from the point of view of the fragmentation during the day, as well as the fact that the technical personnel has mainly indoor activities which require artificial light, and thus causing the biological rhythm and the circadian cycles to lose correlation.
