AbstrakThis paper explains concerning one of the ways execution of security goods,by the name parate eksekusi. In which practice, happened not full understoodabout this execution concept. This fact, can visible from difficulty of creditorwill do the execution, because must passed formalities of prosedural law.Actualy, parate execution is exlusion of procedural law formality which iscourt institution do not have competency here.
