AbstrakThis article does explore on the culture aspects that given theirs impact tothe law enforcement in Indonesia. Many problems in law enforcement on theauthor elaboration said on the many aspects that rooted on cultural sphere's.And by the antrhropology approaches the author try tp giving many analysisby shame culture. guilt culture, and legal culture itself The author alsogiving proposition that socio-cultural values are not uninhibited fromattitude, mindset. and culture aspects that driving and ought to exist indeveloping country. By disregarded towards those aspects would affect onthe fall short of physical development aims. The author reminds on the manydeveloping countries fail's by abolished cultural aspects which revealed onspendthrifting's and corruption practices
