La expresión artística como una herramienta terapéutica: El artista y el paciente

This paper is an attempt to resolve some theoretical concerns that arise in therapeutic work where art therapy techniques have been applied to the patients, citing some great thinkers of the relational model and its predecessors, as well as philosophers who theorize about the artistic creation. The text begins with the analysis of an interview with an artist, a speech that serves as a common thread woven with ideas capture the emotional background of the artistic experience and how it is transformed into a tool for therapeutic purposes. Almost at the end of the text a brief analysis is carried out regarding the visual artistic techniques applied to 2 patients of the author of this paper.
