Previous studies have indicated a wide distribution of PCV-2 in China , there is no available information on the current PCV-2 prevalence and Epodemilogic analysis all over the country. In this study, the result showed that prevalence of PCV-2 in Eastern China (87.3%) was significantly higher than Western China (47.6%), PCV-2b 1A/1B and 1C stains were isolated from the farms in Northern China, whereas PCV-2b 1C stains were epidemic in Southern China.
