MANAJEMEN MEMAKMURKAN MASJID SEBAGAI UPAYA PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT RELIGIUS (Studi Kasus Di Masjid At Taqwa Desa Batu, Kecamatan Karang Tengah Kabupaten Demak)

A mosque is a place where people prostrate to Allah SWT, where humans offer prayers to Allah, and where humans remember Allah. God likes people who worship him in the mosque so that people who come to the mosque will get God's mercy and love.At this time, the enthusiasm of Muslims to prosper the mosque declined. But this is not like pilgrims in the Batu mosque Karangtengah District Demak Regency. The problem that the researchers raised in this study was; a) How is management carried out in order to prosper the mosque as a place of worship? b) What is the community's response in supporting efforts to prosper the mosque?This research is qualitative research with descriptive-analytical method. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that; first, management is carried out in order to prosper the mosque as an effort to empower religious communities namely; Instill awareness in the community, give freedom to small children to visit mosques, fill mosques with religious activities. Secondly, the community's response in supporting efforts to prosper the mosque was very supportive, indicated by the enthusiasm of the surrounding community to establish prayer in congregation in the mosque.Keywords: Management of prosperity of mosques, empowerment of religious communities, mosques At Taqwa. Abstrak Masjid adalah tempat manusia bersujud kepada Allah SWT, tempat manusia memanjatkan doa kepada Allah, dan tempat manusia mengingat Allah. Allah menyukai orang yang beribadah kepadanya di dalam masjid sehingga orang yang mendatangi masjid akan mendapat rahmat dan kasih sayang Allah. Pada saat ini, antusias kaum muslim untuk memakmurkan masjid kian menurun. Namun hal ini tidak seperti jamaah di masjid Batu Kecamatan Karangtengah Kabupaten Demak. Permasalahan yang peneliti angkat dalam penelitian ini yakni; a) Bagaimana manajemen yang dilakukan dalam rangka memakmurkan masjid sebagai tempat ibadah? b) Bagaimana respon masyarakat dalam mendukung upaya memakmurkan masjid? Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, manajemen yang dilakukan dalam rangka memakmurkan masjid sebagai upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat religius yakni; Menanamkan kesadaran pada masyarakat, memberi keleluasaan kepada anak kecil dalam mengunjungi masjid, mengisi masjid dengan kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan. Kedua, respon masyarakat dalam mendukung upaya memakmurkan masjid sangatlah mendukung ditunjukkan dengan antusias masyarakat sekitar untuk mendirikan shalat berjamaah di masjid.
