Ultrasound is a common imaging method for assessment of cervical lymph nodes. However, metastatic and tuberculous lymph nodes have similar sonographic features in routine ultrasound examination. Computer-aided assessment could be a potential adjunct to enhance the accuracy of differential diagnosis.
