Hemoptysis can be a life-threatening condition that requires urgent treatment. Surgery still plays an important role in managing this critical situation, although previous reports have reported high postoperative morbidity and mortality rates. We report our experience with surgical resection for hemoptysis caused by benign lung diseases.
