Paraquat (PQ) is a highly efficient herbicide that remains widely used in agriculture. However, the inappropriate application of this herbicide may cause multiple organ injuries including pulmonary injury. In this study, we report that doxycycline (Doxy) treats PQ-induced pulmonary fibrosis (PF).
