The purpose of this study was to compare the qualitative and quantitative assessment of perfusion on dual-energy CT (DECT) and planar and single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)-CT V/Q scanning in patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH).
