Selecting alternative antibiotic combinations as treatment options may help successfully manage carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CRAB). This study aimed to determine the synergistic effects of tigecycline (TIG) monotherapy versus combination therapy with other antimicrobials against CRAB.
