I articulate this one to help to that reading he finds an appropriate way of identifying and dealing which are the incidents of the different financial and strategic factors in the organization and the managing that him must these themselves be given, since it was possible to identify that many of the new companies do not fulfill his life cycle and muster eliminate rapidly like a survey elaborated by the DANE in the year 2014 90 % these new companies manage to expire not even 5 years of commercial life. Seeing this problematic there was looked the way of giving solution to this problematics elaborating a survey to the small enterprises already consolidated in the market in order that new companies have knowledge of the different aspects that they must bear in mind to be able to expire and have a managerial complete life cycle. Departing from this base we seek to bring clear ideas to the new businessman reporting which are the steps and guidelines to continuing at the moment of creating a company, and also the different relevant aspects to inform him for different authors in order that the company that it is born should remain active and should not disappear for lack of administrative order or other factors that can do that it does not fulfill his life cycle.
