The aim of this research was an attempt of the finding of a mathematical model for a physical quantity organically including it degree of uncertainty. As the starting point the basic equation of measurement is accepted. Result was a presentation a physical quantity by a vector of the pseudo-Euclidean plane. 4 new matters appearing by such presentation are discussed.
