In this paper using the idea of quasi coincidence of a fuzzy point with a fuzzy set, we introduce the notion of (∈ ,∈∨ q )- fuzzy prime bi-ideals and semiprime bi-ideals. Also we investigate some related properties of these fuzzy substructures.
