مُصْطَلَØÙ‹" لا يُتْرك " عِنْدَ الإِمَامِ الدَارَ قُطْنِي دِرَاسةً وتَطْبِيْقاً

تناولت في هذه الدراسة، Ù…ØµØ·Ù„Ø " لا يُتْرك " عند الإمام الدَّارَقطنيّ، دراسة تطبيقية، وتعرضت فيها، لترجمة موجزة للإمام الدَّارَقطنيّ، وبينت مراد الإمام من هذا المصطلØØŒ من خلال تفسير الأئمة من بعده، مع المقارنة بأقوال النقاد في الراوي، ودراسة نموذج من مروياته عند الØاجة، ووصلت إلى Øكم ÙˆØ§Ø¶Ø ÙÙŠÙ‡ بعد الدراسة النقدية لكل راوٍ، وقد تبين أن الإمام الدَّارَقطنيّ، يطلق هذا Ø§Ù„Ù…ØµØ·Ù„Ø Ø¹Ù„Ù‰ الراوي الذي يعتبر بØديثه، وهم متفاوتون في الاعتبار بين مراتبه الثلاثة، فمنهم ØµØ§Ù„Ø Ø§Ù„Øديث في الجملة، ومنهم من في Øديثه لين، ومنهم الضعيف ضعفًا Ù…Øتملًا بسبب الخطأ، أو السهو، أو غيرهما مما لا يُتْرك  Øديث الراوي بالكلية بسببه، وفي معرفة مرتبة كل راو فائدة جليلة عند Ø§Ù„ØªØ±Ø¬ÙŠØ Ø¨ÙŠÙ† ما ظاهره التعارض من الروايات ،وجميعهم لا يقبل منهم التفرد إذا خالف من هو أولى منه، وقد أشار الØافظ الدَّارَقطنيّ إلى ذلك بإضافة وصف للراوي مع قوله " لايُتْرك " يدل على Øاله. كلمات الرئيسية : مُصْطَلَØÙ‹" لا يُتْرك "ØŒ الإِمَامِ الدَارَ قُطْنِي، دِرَاسةً وتَطْبِيْقاً Abstract This study displayed a biography of Imam Al-Daraqutni, and through the explanation of scholars after him, with comparing the words of the critics on the narrator, this research studying an example of his narrations after the critical study for each narrators. Imam Al-Daraqutni calls this term on the narrator who is considered by his narration. They are three different ranks in consideration; some of them have a valid narration in general, some are weak who have possible weakness because of error or mission or other things that their narration isn't abandoned totally for those reasons. There is great benefit in cognition ranks of consideration when outbalancing the apparent discordance of narrations. And exclusivity is not accepted from all of them if they contradicted the narrators who have priority over them.
