The aim of the research is to determine the relationship among Independence of learning and interpersonal intelligence and Social Studies learning outcomes of Grade 5 students in the State Elementary School of Area IV Pulogadung, East Jakarta, the amount of students are 60 students. The method used in writing is a quantitative method. The technique used to analyze the data is the statistical techniques of correlation and regression. The research result showed that there was a correlation between: (1) Independence of learning and Social Studies learning outcomes; (2) Interpersonal intelligence and Social Studies learning outcomes; (3) Independence of learning, Interpersonal intelligence and Social Studies learning outcomes. From the results of the research, it can be concluded there is relationship among learning independence and interpersonal intelligence together and Social Studies learning outcomes.   Keywords: Independence of learning, interpersonal intelligence, social studies learning outcomes.   Abstrak : Penulisan ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui hubungan kemandirian belajar dan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan hasil belajar IPS Peserta didik Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Wilayah Binaan IV Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur. Responden peserta didik yang diteliti sebanyak 60 orang peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah teknik statistik korelasi dan regresi. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi antara: (1) Kemandirian belajar dengan Hasil Belajar IPS; (2) Kecerdasan interpersonal dengan Hasil Belajar IPS; (3) Kemandirian belajar dan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan hasil belajar IPS. Dari hasil penulisan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kemandirian belajar dan kecerdasan interpersonal secara bersama–sama dengan hasil belajar IPS.   Kata Kunci:kemandirian belajar, kecerdasan interpersonal, hasil belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial
