With the aim of investigating measures for multiple simultaneous fires during big earthquakes, this paper creates a simulation model for describing urban damage (such as the spread of fires and street blockages), as well as fire brigade actions, and examines firefighter team strategies to reduce damage to properties and enhance their effectiveness.
