Improve learning outcomes and learning motivation material properties of gas objects using the Problem Based Learning learning model for grade III students of SD Negeri 02 Bodas, Watukumpul District, Pemalang Regency, Academic Year 2020/2021. This research is in the form of Classroom Action Research in collaboration with researchers and third grade teachers. To test the validity of the data, the writer used triangulation of data sources and triangulation of methods. The data collection techniques used were documentation, observation and tests. To test the validity of the data used was an interactive analysis model which had three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This study consisted of two cycles consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Before the 17% completeness study, the first cycle was 75% complete with an average value of 78.75 and in the second cycle 87.50. It was concluded that the application of the problem based learning model can improve learning outcomes in the material properties of gas objects in elementary school students.
