Flatsbuiltasone of thealternative solutions to problemsof landacquisitionwhichis veryhard to come by . There are limitationsin the managementof flatsin Surakarta , then the resultingproblems related tothe condition of flats . The research problem is how to relationbetween condition of flats withstayoccupantssatisfactionin Surakarta . The methodofthis studyis toconducta surveyof condition of flatsandmake the distributionof questionnairestoresidents. The analysis was performedwith thescoringtechniqueand correlation analysis . Based on the analysis , found that condition of flats whichhas a positive correlationto thesatisfaction ofthe inhabitantsstaythe distancetoshoppingfacilities , distanceto health facilities , pollution-free, the physicalcondition ofthe roadandpedestrian , access tocleanwater , andenvironmental facilities . Flatsforconditionsthat have anegative correlationto thesatisfaction ofthe inhabitantslivethe easeof transportation , distanceto education , distancetoservicesandbanking , distancetogovernment services , access tothe wastewater , andaccess to electricity .Keywords: Relation, Stay Satisfaction, Condition of Flats, Occupants, Flats
