Alzheimer's pathology is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by cognitive impairment and functional disability that causesprogressive restrictions in daily activities. The present study associates nutritional status with cognitive and clinical aspects of the elderly withmild, moderate and severe Alzheimer's disease (AD).
