The paper deals with the issues of placing the KIAM publications metadata in the Crossref database. All information contained in the metadata is analyzed by Crossref and displayed in various reports. The reports give the publisher an idea of the completeness and correctness of the bibliographic data presented. The completeness and correctness of metadata directly or indirectly affects the number of views and citations of a publication, and, accordingly, the ratings of scientific publications, authors and organizations.
