An automated information system of electronic interaction forming a joint information and communication space for fundamental research and application development, as well as applying in the field of education by citizens, scientific specialists, Russian Academy of Sciences information systems, scientific organizations and institutions. In the near future Naukotheka has the potential to provide support of education and fundamental research for the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union at the level of platforms such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholars, etc.
